Our terms of business:
  • Reservation request:The reservation request can be done by Fax or e-Mail.
    After processing your reservation request we will send you a reservation confirmation via fax or e-Mail.
    For groups with more than 10 persons we request an advance payment of 30% from the room charge. If a reservation cancelation is done less than 24h before the reservation date the advance payment will be kept by the hotel.

  • Accommodation: The guest is required to leave the room and the furnishing in a good condition. If there is any damage the costs for repairing will be charged to the guest. If there are any problems with the room or the furnishing the guest is required to inform the hotel personnel.

  • Payment: We accept cash payments, money transfer or credit cards (VISA or Mastercard).
    Upon payment the guest will receive a receipt with a signature and hotel stamp.
    The receipt or the registration confirmation also serves as a confirmation of payment and has to be shown upon request of the hotel personnel.
